In the body
What it does.
Dried moringa leaf contains iron, which contributes to normal oxygen transport and the reduction of tiredness, and vitamin C, which helps the body absorb that iron. It also carries calcium for normal bones and vitamin A for normal immune function. One cup uses a few grams of leaf, so treat it as a small daily contribution rather than a dose.
