Dried moringa leaf, milled fine. A spoon goes into anything.

In the body
What it does.
The same leaf as the tea, milled so you eat it rather than infuse it. It contains iron, which contributes to normal oxygen transport and the reduction of tiredness, and vitamin C, which helps you absorb that iron, plus calcium for normal bones and vitamin A for normal immune function. Stir it into smoothies, soups, stews or dough, which is how it is used in West Africa.
